City Parking

Ok, i drive out to Chicago alot and it's only paralell parking wherever you go,(glad i got a small car.) But i have all these marks and dings and scratches from people who bump into me when they park, and the other day some1 hit my license plate frame and punched 2 holes in the bumper from the liscense plate screws... So i had enough and took out the screws and turned them around and now they stick straight out about an inch. so next time somebody bumps me they get the holes not me..............

LOL good idea. someone backed in to my car when i was on the whidbey Is farry. they had my car parked on the ramp up to the second deck. and when it was time to leave. the jeep in front of me couldnt get his ass up the ramp with out rolling back into me. all tho screws wouldnt have gone threw his steel bumper.

Did the jeep say he was sorry? I don't care if someone bumps me a lil and doesn't do damage as long as they say "OH im sooo sorry" or something. But it pisses me off when they hit you and act like its your fault or they didnt do anything.

just unscrew the screws, put them in through the back, hold the head with a pair of pliers and use a wrench to secure the nut.. i'll post a pic for ya in a lil bit if ya like..

ah.... I see what u mean :)
a pic would be nice too if its not too much of a hassel....

any plans on reinforcing the back bumper too?

like everytime I see a shitty car parked right up touching like a exp. benz or bmw I really feel for the guy.... this other time a guy backed up his truck so much that it was overhanging the bumper of the car behind.
