Dude - awesome. For real - I wouldn't say it if I didn't mean it.

Love the style. And your producer should be pretty proud - the production is excellent - very good sound and balance.

From your profile, I'm assuming you're the drummer - nice man, really nice. Unlike many "up and coming" bands, your drum sound is tight and well produced. I've heard too many drummers who oughtta sleep with a metronome, too - and you're NOT one of them! Funk it UP, brotha!

OK - criticism time. Sorry.

The singer - just so-so. The vocal lines are pretty good. But the rest of the band has TONS of energy, the grooves are so solid and rocking. The singer sounds like he's just hanging out - not a lot of emotion. I seriously found myself really digging every track, and bopping and grooving. But the vocals are a let-down, in all honesty. Your music deserves a more soulful vocal - a little more improvisational, bluesy, and more emotional - I'm thinking something like a Chris Robinson from the Black Crowes, or Shannon Hoon from Blind Melon. Unfortunately, the singer to me sounds more like the guy from Spin Doctors. Not bad - but not as energetic as it *should* be, IMHO.

Just my opinion - not trying to discourage at ALL!!! I TRULY enjoyed ALL the tracks!

You guys need to move to NY. I'll come audition for ya'. I can lay down a pretty solid vocal. Hey - you never know.

Seriously - keep at it. You guys really do sound great, despite my critical opinions.

Your band sounds pretty good. Catchy music. I am downloading it now and am going to have to listen it on my home theater. My speakers for my computer sucks and I disconnected my PC from my system.

Sounds good though. I am not much of a critic, but when I like music I listen to it.
