to get a motor?? i personally wouldn;t...

unless u have means of testing it beforehand....

i been to the wreckers here and found a good protege... back end was smashed in... but front interior and enginebay was prettymuch intact... managed to pull out some nice lil parts off it hehe

yeh like i said.. unless u have means of testing to seee if it runs properly i wouldn;t get it...

yes...they can...in fact most junk yards offer a limited warrantee on the part(s)

...And, the cost at a salvage dealer is usually not more than 60% of new parts cost. Usually, substantially less. As somebody who worked at a salvage yard in my younger days, I will say it is one of the best places to get parts of any type (if you are on a budget). But, beware - quality from salvage yard to salvage yard varies. Go with a big one that has been around for a while.
