BAD car accident
Everybody is allright. My wife slid on ice and got a truck on its side the car is preaty bad but not bad enough for a total loss. I dont think even close. its brand new and I am estimating maybe 5 grand of work.
Here is my question I have heard of people saying I got in an accident and I am returning the car because I dont want it any more. How does this work. Does it affect your credit? I STILL HAVENT MADE MY FIRST CAR PAYMENT. This sucks. But the important thing is that my wife walked away with out a scrath. Thanks any info you can give me. Steve |
You may have to pay a difference in what the car is worth and what the worth at time of lease was deemed it would be at this time.
If it balances out you may not have to pay anything. It won't affect your credit in that way. I didn't have any problem returning mine :D Not the way desired though. heh |
If you have gap then hope its totaled, if not then I don't know what to tell you. I don't see why they would take the car back.
