Any nintendo DS players out there??
I just ordered my Wifi adapter from nintendo and when it comes in I'll be playing some mario kart Ds online. Anyone else have a DS and want to play some Mario Kart or Animal Crossing (on 12-5)??
Also, this adapter is only available online at nintendos website. $34.99 and you use it with both the DS and Revolution to get the systems online. Or you can go out and buy compatible wireless routers and hubs...those get VERY pricey though. The usb drive is just plug and play. Just thought I'd spread the word. When I get everything going I'll post my "friend code" on here so you guys can find me (if anyone will even try). :shooter: |
cant play online games :( best I can get where I live is a 26.4k connection...
|
not if you get satelite DSL for $30/month.

I thought they had that "second" of lag that screwed streaming media up?
|
not that I know of....i would ask them and then see if you can find anyone with it to get their opinions.
I personally would never use it but it seems like your only choice. |
i know the last time i looked @ a satelite connection, there was a "1 second delay", so games wouldnt work :(
works great for surfing, b/c you dont notice the one second, but i'm sure it would be a PITA for games.. but i'll check into it again! I havent played any games online since Quake I! $59.99/month from Direcway is best i can get $599 install charge... dsl/cable is only a couple of miles away ;( - they wont come out any further! |
