Has anybody seen 8 legged freaks yet? Is it worth it?

 

I personally thought it was stupid, but everyone else that went with me thought it was good. It's kinda funny, but it's the stupid kind of funny. It's like a cross between Arachnaphobia (sp) and Evolution.

 

I was gonna see it last Friday night but I thought it was stupid so I saw "Road to Pedrition" instead, which is good by the way.

 

It has David Arquette in it. That says it all-this movie is going to suck!

I don't think it looks that good, but all I've seen were previews so I can't speculate too much.

*Off Topic* The Royal Tenenbaums was really good though, I just got that on DVD last weekend.

 

What is that about?

 

In short, about a dysfunction family. It's a great story with a freaking awesome cast. Virtually every main character in the movie is a superstar... Gene Hackman is the father, his wife is Anjelica huston, Bill Murray, Gweneth Paltow, Owen and Luke Wilson, Ben Stiller, Danny Glover are also in it. It's a great movie, I bought it without even seeing it ahead of time, I guess I got lucky!

 

i will rent it and try it.

 

eight legged freaks is good for the laughs...it'll be a lot more interesting if you take someone who's afraid of spiders though =)
i hate them and my date thought it was hilarious how i jumped everytime they did something slightly unexpected...just go with people who aren't looking for a serious movie plot
