The **OFFICIAL** 2005 Hurricane Thread
 

Aight, so it seems this Hurricane season will be a nasty one this year.
So, with the first one being Dennis...we'll start there.
Seems it's going to hit 'Bama, but Florida and the rest of the Gulf Coast is on high alert. I was just told that I'll be working with the FEMA folks again. I assisted them last year for Ivan. Along with my load team of 3 more people, we loaded 2,500 big rig trucks in 36 hours. That's right, 4 troops, 4 forklifts. I expect a lot of carnage this year (sucks), so keep everyone in the direct path of the 'Cane in your thoughts...and since I'll be in the middle of this crap too...keep me there also. I'll try to take pics if possible, but who knows, I may not be able to since I'll be working my ass off. Good luck to those who are going to try and wait it out.
