ill be coming from waterbury, as well as my brother, (itzkcatz), and my sister who also ownes a 2000 pro. so 3 from waterbury 69 sounds good to me, ill talk to my brother, he went last year, so he knows the way he went. unfortunally my turbo will not be in, had some last minute things to fix before i put it in, and ran outa time. i decided to have my turbo rebuilt, so it wont be here in time. i want to be at the park by atleast 10, so we should leave exit 69 by about 9:00am, i want to get there early mainly because i organised this meet, and to make sure we get a spot big enough for all our cars.

there will definitely be enough parking, there was a wedding there last year and we still had plenty of parking. So don't worry about that.

hi kids

So....
Waterbury would mean you guys would have to drive all the way UP 84 a cple hours to get on the train at exit 69 and then go all the way back down through waterbury to get to kent. So, when you see when we are leaving exit 69 you can time it to catch up with us maybe but i dont imagine you will want to come all the way up here and drive all the way back down.

unless you guys in waterbury know a quicker way to get there, we will take mapquests route I imagine down 84 and then north from exit 7. If you know a quicker route we could get off in waterbury meet up with you kids and follow you the rest of the way.

At any rate it looks like it will be a 2 hour ride from exit 69 so I am thinkin we leave at what, 9 or 10? Pick one.

Coming down from MA on 84 you will get off exit 69 and take a left at the end of the ramp. that will take you over the highway and like 100 feet on the other side of the highway you will see a little commuter parking lot on the left. Thats where we are going to meet.

Coming from RI. Coming out of providence, take 6 West towards Htfd. This will take you to I-395 in CT. take this North to Dayville/Danielson/Killingly, the exit is for route 101. Then take route 101 West (should be a left off the ramp). Stay on 101, which then turns into 44, then stay on 44 (west still) until you see a sign in a town called Ashford for route 74 which takes you to and also has the sign for route 84. Route 74 will turn right off of 44 and the Commuter lot we are meeting in is on your right just before you go over the highway. Basically drive along on 74 until you see on-ramps for 84 and then turn around and the commuter lot will be right there. Providence to your exit off of 395 north will be about 45 minutes. From that exit to 74 will be about 20minutes and then you are on 74 for probably 10 minutes before you get to 84. Mapquest can provide you with better directions if you wish and HighBody feel free to chime in.

Any other questions concerns or anythin else about this little convoy, please e-mail me at chrisdecarli@hotmail.com

should be a lot of fun!
