1.8L SOHC 4 cylinder engine
- strong engine, no smoking at all anytime
- just received spring tune up including new spark plugs, oil change, all filters replaced

5-speed manual transmission
- new CV joints and Exedy clutch last month

- tires and exhaust system replaced last year
- mint interior, never smoked in (no rips, fading, stains, etc)
- no cracks in any glass, but there is a stone chip the size of a fingernail at bottom right corner of windshield
- 2nd owner (1st owner got it new at Sunridge Mazda in Calgary)
- no rust underneath the car at all
- only rust on body is some specles along the top of the windshield, and a couple tiny dings (shopping cart?)
- always maintained according to factory recommendations, never abused, very reliable, great on gas
- 309,000 kms (95% highway)
