Anyone looking for a BEAUTIFUL SHO??

Someone on the SHO forum sent me a link to a VERY clean 1st gen SHO in Woodstock GA. The car looks showroom new and the current bid on ebay was only $800. :Eyecrazy:

I thought I'd post it up here if anyone is looking for a sporty fast beater that gets 32mpg on thew interstate. On spray my SHO went 13.7's consistantly with only a fuel pump upgrade and good tires.

Someone needs to buy this before I give myself another car in the yard...

Maybe if it were a little closer, but then again I need money for the MP3 and am saving for a motorcycle so yeah. Bump for your SHO buddy.

well, too late. I made him an offer on it already. If he takes it I'll go and pick it up in a few days.

This will be SHO #3.

no, I had a local SHO owner check the car out. He said it was actually kinda rough. They just spent a lot to have it cleaned up so iut LOOKS good. Needs $700 worth of exhaust and $1200 worth of 60K service.

Actually it's still not a bad price for that car....I just don't have that cash to get everything done right away.

My friend, Doug, at one point had three 1st gen SHO's in front of his house. The first one he got I remember he paid something like $2000 for, then he got the second two for under $1000 a piece. One black, one maroon, and one metallic beige. On the black one, he swapped the spoked rims for the 2nd gen slicer rims, and converted the cable shifter to a rod shifter from a newer SHO. Since then, he sold the black one to his younger brother, and sold the other two. I thought the funniest part was the green neon paint he used to highlight those letters SHO in the bumper! I always wanted one of those SHOs or an '85-86 Mustang SVO. A friend of mine had one and it was a curious little car with a tiny 4 cyl engine but with dual turbos. Anyway, Doug took me and my girlfriend at the time for a ride in his SHO on the freeway, and actually made her cry! It was quick!
