You may want to re-think your price. With the economy the way it and all the dealer incentives, you won't get any offers at that price. I sold my 04 RX8 GT for $12,400. You can get an 09 Mazda 3 for less than $12,000 in the i model, and under $19,000 for a fully loaded s model.
