timming chain noise , big problem
 

hello , i have a 2009 ms3 with 40k miles , i start to notice a sound in the engine bay like a timming chain , rattle when descelerate only , so i proceed to change the timming chain , now stills the same sound , but engine doesnt run properly , and the turbo sounds like the blow off valve was damaged , but not , im in seriuos problems ??

Did it run properly before the timing chain change? I mean I understand the noise was there, but was it running crappy too?

The rattling noise could be something as simple as a rattling heat shield. A vid of the car running would be great.

i dissasemble the engine again , put in tdc , timmimg the cams , crankshaft, etc , im going to start the engine again and see if the sound still , i let you know
