So just curious as to what anyone is planning on doing / has done to their MS3. Post stuff on this thread so we can figure out what works and what doesn't.

everything works but those stupid ebay resistor chips.

Here's a solid gamplan for you....it's what I'm doing/done to my own MS6

1. ATP catless 3" downpipe
2. ETS TMIC upgrade
3. mazdaspeed cold air intake.
4. XEDE piggyback

and lastly

5. ATP gt3076R turbo upgrade.


all of these parts can be purchased from www.protegegarage.com mention "Matty P" in the order screen and get a "hook up"

The ease, price, and results of mods 1-4 are really making me want a MS3 or MS6 even more ... I might even consider doing all those things to a CX-7 :D

Does anybody have dyno sheets of all the 1-4 mods cumulative, instead of individually?

I can get you some dyno charts if you'd like.

CAI = 15whp 20wtq
TMIC = 20awhp 20awtq
3"DP = 28awhp 35awtq
XEDE piggyback = 65whp 80wtq

these are all done on stock engines with no other upgrades. I don't know how accurate these dyno's are but they all appear to be done on similar dyno's with smoothing =5. Based on the mods I have and how it drives I'll have to agree with the intake and exhaust gains....very believable. I've also got the TMIC on the way shortly and will have the XEDE next month.
