Gaining some MPG's

I am looking to be able to squeeze 31mpgs or even better out of my 2010 Mazda 3 2.5l. Anybody have an suggestions? I know it would be impossible around town so mainly just on the freeway. Just ordered an exhaust to be able to help the thing breath a little better. The exhaust piping size and secondary CAT seem like overkill so hopefully the Corksport exhaust + the race pipe really help. I also switched to 0w20 full synthetic since the 2011 Mazda 3 2.5s are running it and not just regular dyno oil. Not looking to make this thing a race car as I just sold my 440 horse STI. All suggestions help!
