Anyone Buy Navigation Maps From Ebay?

Hi

I am thinking of buying the navigation package from ebay but I am a bit confused about what they actually mean. For instance this is the title of one of them

What do they mean by 2019 2018 2017? As when I look at the description it lists 2014 to 2019 years. It also says 3 years of map updates but does not specify if that is from activation start?
