What's wrong with my Mazda 3
 

My engine will always go, "ka-ka-ka-ka-ka-ka-spruuut!" during the first turn of the ignition. If I follow it up with a second turn at the ignition it will start normally. I used to have this issue during cold starts (I start the vehicle in the morning after being left off overnight) but now, it occurs everyday at any given time as long as the engine has cooled down.

I've noticed that this issue occurs when the engine temperature indicator is way below the "C" level otherwise, it starts normally.

Also one issue that's bothering me recently is that whenever I push my hazard lights button or I turn on my indicator lights, my radio will turn off for a second then turn on again.

What seems to be the problem? Is it the battery, issue with the fuse box or fuel pump?

I'm the third owner of this vehicle and it was regularly maintained at Mazda, Qatar. The car is a 2007 Mazda 3 Hatchback 4-speed Automatic Trans. According to the previous owner (2nd owner) she just replaced the battery sometime around September, 2010.

Please help me as I don't have the funds to get a new car plus I've already fallen in love with this vehicle so trading it in or replacing it is a big no-no for me.
