What's missing in my front bumper (Mazda3 2008)?
 

I just bought a 2008 Mazda3 i and noticed that I have small metal bracket next to the grill in my front bumper. It looks like there should be something mounted on it, so does any one have a clue? It's located slightly off to the right of the center in the front bumper lower grill (in front of radiators).
The horn works, so I'm assuming its not for that...

Any pictures? is it a bracket welded to the bumper behind the grille and in front of the radiator?

its proley the anbents temp sensor that got knocked off. check your splash shield between bumper and radiators. its probley hanging there or bouncing around. if you cant see hit tap the slash shield from hunder car and you should hear it.
