weird sound when parking break is applied
 

I just recently bought a 2010 Mazda 3 hatchback 5spd with 70k. Car seems to run great except for when I park and apply the parking break (while still idling), I get this intermittent weird low sound (like a horn).
Any ideas on what it could be?
