Urgent: Mazda3 2005 Maxx sport Rear seat issue

Hey There,

I just bought myself a Mazda 3 Maxx Sport 2005 model and noticed
the back seat isnt stuck down (the part you sit your behind on not the back rest)

Have tried for 5 hours and can start the trip till its fixed as its unsafe for the kids.

Any ideas? does it unclip somehow?

I see there's two metal holes toward the front of the car, those shouldn't be empty - the seat should have popped out of plastic clips that sit in those two holes, see attached.
Other than that, wiggle the seat belts into the gaps in the seat, the back slides in first, then the front snaps down in those two holes... should be that simple.
