why do you want a longer first gear anyways? imo i love the new gear ratios... regular 3: i loved 1st but hated 2nd, felt wayy too long. now 2nd is shorter and tie that in with more power this is a nice little pocket rocket

If I could do one mode for performance. what would you suggest?

2nd is great.
First feels too short.

I'm assuming you mean mod?
I would start off cheap and effective with a Cold air intake... unfortunately there are none out for the car yet, that i know of.

Might try this little free/easy mod, if you want alittle better throttle response... alot of people, myself included, have done it.

All it does is provides a steadier electrical current to and from your ETB (Electronic throttle body), giving you alittle better throttle response. If you ground the other areas too, you will notice that your lights will dim alittle less when you are using lots of power.

Make sure you give all the wires a good amount of slack, I've snapped 2 already because they were too short.
