Rotors reduce unsprung weight

I've 1st Gen 2005 Mazda 3 and looking for recommendations for lighter rotors to reduce unsprung weight at the wheels. Are drilled rotors lighter? I've seen various brands on Carid.com and heard that drilled rotors are better in the rain. I live in a rainy climate so lighter and better braking would be a great improvement.

Are these light enough?

Brake rotors get lighter as they wear. When they get too thin, they can crack and even explode. This is not the place to save weight.

Thanks for the advice and safety comes first. I did pick up some drilled/slotted rotors but are the same weight as the OEMs. Also adding steel braided brake lines to improve braking all around.
