Problems with my 2010 Mazda3, The dealership has no idea, need help diagnosing.

I have a 2010 Mazda3 sedan with almost 36,000 miles on it. I have been having a consistant problem with it since about 35,200 miles. (Warranty goes out at 36,000) Originally my car was jerking when it would idle and when I would drive it under 30 mph. It was like a skip. I brought into the dealership, they said the computer found nothing wrong with it and my car was fine, it was just a hiccup. A few days later, it happened AGAIN. This time my check engine light actually came on and I forced them to tow it to the dealership. They said my first cylinder was skipping and when they opened my engine cover it had water all around my spark plugs and rusted them out. They're "guess" was that the last person who changed my oil spilled oil and tried to hose it out. It ended up costing me 260 dollars to replace all four of my spark plugs on a warrantied car. Now if I'm correct, isn't there a boot over my engine and spark plugs that even if someone did hose it out, water could not get in there? Either way, I thought the problem was fixed. NOW when I started my car yesterday, my RPMs were jumping between 800 and 2,000 over and over and over and over again while my car was idling. I brought it into the dealership and they told me unless there is a check engine light, there is nothing they can do because the computer won't diagnose it. My warranty is less than 200 miles from running out. I have filed a complaint with the manufacture.

SOMEONE please help me, has anyone had this issue? Does anyone know what to do? The only thing they will do is plug it into the computer. Has anyone heard of this issue? I NEED HELP!

By the way, there is no consistency with this problem. It happens out of the blue, but ALWAYS when my car has just been started and is idling.

first off find a new dealer to take it to, those techs obviously dont know what they are talking about. you can diag a car w/o an mil on such as yours, they need to look at the pids from your car with a factory scan tool and they will have to road test it untill it "hiccups". have you looked into the lemon law? if its still under warranty they have to buy your car back after its been to the shop 3 or more times. Hopefully every thing works out for you.
