Mazda 3 passenger side window rolls up but not down
 

2008 mazda 3 - Curious if anyone's had this problem - passenger side window wont go up. Goes down just fine but wont roll up using the master switch and switch on passenger side door. Switch is good, getting 12v going up and down but still won't work. I replaced the regulator and still wont work. Did I get a bad replacement? Would a bad master switch cause this? Any suggestions?
