Lost BT menu
 
Can anyone help about my lost BT menu in my 2009 mazda3 sp25? I lost it since Mazda serviced the car 2 weeks ago. I used to locate it by pushing the audio cont button about 6 times after the welcome window appears. Even the voice control command is now missing.
