jacking up my car, broke something, leaking fluid

Hello All,
I have a 2008 Mazda 3 which I love. I was working on changing the oil in her today but when I started to Jack her up I must have put my jack in a bad spot. I heard a pop sound then there was all kinds of fluid leaking from above. I was wondering if anyone would help me out identifying what fluid it is and what it is coming from. I have a few pictures. I believe it is brake fluid but just not sure. It is a reddish black color. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully I didn't break to much. Thank you, M |
you have ruptured the passenger side engine mount its filled with oil and you need a new one:bt:

the motor mounts are pieces of junks and mazda knows it but yet they continue putting them on their new cars.
it is part of their new zoom zoom campaign - you can watch your engine zoom zoom on by as you coast to a slow stop. I am going on my third motor mount at 94,000 miles. so far I have gotten about 45000 miles out of the piece of junk. I just hope the engine doesn't decide to come through the dash one day. |
swopped all mine out for jbr 70a dura ones apart from the rear mount is cp-e one you get a little bit of vib between 2500 and 3000 but I can live with its its the breaking in period that's the killer, but it only last between 800 to 1000 miles then your good to go

Try having a speed 3 and watch what happens. 👎 at least you had to jack yours up to pop it.
