Headlight problem
 

My headlights quit working!! i dont know why, anyone else have this problem??

no way....new car, check the fuse first!! dealer second

I checked the fuses and they were fine, so i took it up to the dealer and they checkd the fuses and they said the fuses were fine its just im not geting power to the low beams, so their keeping the car and looking at it now. :(

I hope they are making you extra comfortable during your wait......they should bend over backwards and kiss your butt for the duration of the time you aren't in your car.

Remember (and remind them) there are always other dealerships you can support. Make them earn your business.

well i had to go home cuz they didnt know how long it would take so im waiting still waiting for them to call me -_-

surely they are going to clean your vehicle for the inconvenience?!?!

And change your oil for free, since you're there...

and rub your nasty feet also for you having to walk around in the waiting room and what-not.

I worked at 2 diff dealers. Bitch enough and you could have got a loaner.

bitch enough??? you don't have to bitch ANY. All 03+ mazdas come with complimentary loaner vehicle.
