Choosing which brand of intake to get??

I want to get a cold air intake kit for my 3, but I'm not sure which is better, the AEM or the INJEN. Anyone have a suggestion?? And how hard are they hard to install on the 3?

i'm getting the AEM CAI...from what they say it shouldn't be that hard to install either
