Bumper cover splash shield ?
 

Hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the lower foward splash shield screws into, is it the bumper cover or a hard plastic piece made onto the cover. I would check mine but the snowbank removed most of it for me,lol. I've check the parts listing and it doesn't show what I think should be there.
