2011 Mazda 3 GS Sedan Vancouver Area Pricing Help

Hello.

I am planning to purchase a 2011 Mazda 3 (Vancouver, Canada Area)

I was offered $24,026 Cash Purchase All Inclusive with floor mat and cargo tray thrown in. Is this right, too much, a good deal? If anyone has bought the same car with moonroof package (without luxury package) please let me know how much you paid.

Details
2011 Mazda 3 GS Sedan with moonroof only, NOT luxury package Black Mica, Automatic Transmission
Cash Purchase
Owner Loyalty Program (Mom owns a 2002 Mazda Protege)
1st time owner (Do you get $500 off cash purchase as well or is that only if you finance?)

I don't qualify for grad award bonus.

Now that I work everything in, the $24,026 OTR price seems a little high. It is my 1st time purchasing a new car so I definitely do need help from people here to make sure I don't get ripped off and get a good deal.

Thanks in advance!

Well, I just bought a 2011 3 hatchback (automatic) with essentially no options (bear in mind that the hatch does have the 2.5l engine standard) in MD USA for $19,900 USD ($5K down, 0% APR financing over 5 yrs). that's including all the fees and crap. MD's not vancouver, but I'd look around a little more before taking that deal - for the sedan no less!

Also, you're doing them big a favor with a cash purchase. you should save money on that.

Yes, I realized I was getting ripped off...

Went to another Mazda dealership and got it for $500 above invoice price.

$19936 for the car + 12% tax + environmental fees for a total of $22362 OTR

Almost $2000 less than what the other dealership offered me. The funny thing is the dealership that overcharged me wouldn't even lower it by $1000. He said no way and that he couldn't go any lower from the $24000+ he offered me

Ha, fair enough! Congrats on the new car! Feels good, doesn't it? :)

It feels good to get a good deal but in terms of owning the car, I dunno yet haha...I pick it up tomorrow at 2pm. Can't wait.

Gotta read up on how to detail my car. Used to be the kind who would bring the car into the auto car wash they have at the gas stations and didn't bother with waxing and all that but gonna change and start to polish/wax my car.
