2 questions: Sunroof Auto-Close/ Car Alarm

Hey There,
So basically here is my question...and I apologize if there is already a topic for this but I couldnt find one.

My previous car was an 08 Civic EXL which i sold to buy my 09 Mazda3.
My Civic had a sunroof that was one-touch open/close/tilt. If the sunroof was open...i could just press a button and it would automatically close and then tilt or just close.
The Mazda is one-touch open....and one touch tilt...if starting from the closed position. Is there a way to have it auto close? or automatically go from open to vent with only the press of a button?

What sort of modification could be done to add this if any???

Question 2:

What sort of car alarm would you recommend for my car. It is an 09 hatchback. I know I have the alarm when I press the panic button but how about a system that if someone unlocks the door (such as unlocking the car when the window is open) that will sound an alarm.

Thanks!!

The moonroof discussion came up over on another forum. What one of the wiring guru's came up with was wiring a timer module into the close function of one of the buttons (since both close the roof). Since most of use always open the roof fully just set the timer module for as long as it takes the roof to close.

No idea on the alarm.
