05 M3 4spd Auto trans to 06 M3 5spd Auto Trans????
 

I have a Mazda 3 2.3S that I blew the engine and transmission on. Out of warranty btw. this has been since last year around xmas and I'm just barely getting a "new" engine from a donor car a friend of mine bought from a wrecked car auction for $200. anyways the problem is the tranny is the 5 speed auto. Does anyone know if the tranny will still work in my car? I know that if it will work out that i'd need to replace the wire harness gauge cluster and ecu. Can anyone help? if it cant work that's ok because i got I still got a running motor and parts car for 200, which is awesome cuz do you have any idea how much a 2.3 mzr motor is? at least $2k and thats just for the freaking used motor! ouch! Right? I don't even know how much a new or used transmission will be. so i really hope i can swap out for the 5spd auto.
