wub wub wub noise driving over 25mph

This is my first time on the Forum. I have a mazda 3 i touring sedan 2011 30k miles no problems until about a month ago. My tire pressure is regualted by the dealer nitrogen tires. No dash lights on, does not pull at all, alignment is perfect. idles smooth, when accelerating once i reach 25 mph what sounds like a wub or humming sound comes from the front right of the car. Anyone have an idea what i could check for in this problem. the only handling that seem affected in when braking hard from high speeds a little shaking in the sterring wheel.Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!

at 30k miles there shouldn't be any braking problems, though I had my calipers sticking for a long while - use silicone lube on the caliper pins to keep them from sticking BTW.
Give your tires a close inspection and make sure there's not a broken belt or something. It sort of sounds like you may have an alignment issue wearing the tire, and if it's worn unevenly that could cause some vibration.
I know the rear camber is adjusted that it'll wear the inner rear tread, the fronts could have some other sort of issue causing your problem.

But generally speaking the pulsation under breaking is a brake rotor problem, once they start pulsing there's nothing to make it go away besides replacing them. If you do your own work, make sure the calipers move freely, if you have trouble with the caliper pins I can get you the name of some lube to use (its NFO something silicone lube). The pads corrode and start to pinch on most cars, though I don't think i've had that problem on my 3 - then again I keep a close eye on them to prevent that from happening too.

same issue here

I the sound seems to get worse on my '12 the more miles I put on those Toyos. Had everything checked but told it's the tires by 2 different shops. Since the shops don't make money off selling me tires (I work for a tire wholesaler) I am inclined to believe them. At 26k the noise is bad and the vibration is starting to be extremely noticeable between 10-50 mph. Now I am trying to decide between Cooper Lifeliners and Yokohama AS530s. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i was told the same thing by my car dealership, road noise. the dealership balances and rotates my tires and there is still plenty of tread on them so i am not seeing the problem. They want me to buy new tires but i do not feel its necessary at this point. they checked everything according to them. Good luck 2 you as well.

I have close to 200,000 miles on my 2010.I am on my 5th set of tires. What you are feeling is the result of cupping and then the tires are out of balance.New tires will fix it.Ive tried different brands, always comes back after 35,000 miles on the tires.I was told that with the type tires we have the best we should be getting is about 40,000.

sounds like a good time to take advantage of the tire manufacturers tread life warranty & get some pro-rated $ to the next set of tires :)
I plan on doing that with my summers.
