Thanks in advance for reading. I have a 06 mazda 3 2.3. I've had a vibration when accelerating for some time. I can feel a slight vibration at 30mph and gear it when accelerating at 60 and above. I have replaced the following (though these parts were worn down and needed replacing anyway) without the issue going away.
Tie rods
Control arm/ball joints
Strut assembly
Engine mount (passenger side)
End links
Front bearings/wheel hub

It's driving me crazy. I've rotated the tires and have brand new rear tires and old ones in the front. The issue started before the tires and still persists. I thought and still could be a bent rim. Which I put on the back which subsided the vibration but when I got new tires they put it back on the front. I understand that a slightly bent rim can cause a vibration. But it was the same issue before and after the rotation and only hear/feel the noise during accelerating. Any help would be most appreciated

The sound is a wobbly/rotation almost to where it's knocking but not quite that loud yet.

I know it might sound simple, but have you checked to see if you've lost a wheel weight? I think you might be right...it sounds like one of your wheels is either bent or lost a wheel weight. Check the tires for flatspots and bulges too. Alignment?

A stock wheel is pretty cheap on craigslist or one of the bigger Mazda clubs.

Thank you for the reply. I just got two new tires balanced,rotated and an alignment all within a month. Issue was there before and after. Just wanted to check opinions, even tho I do my own work diagnosis is still my Achilles heal, I'd rather ask opinions before spending more money. There are some decent prices rim places here in Oakland/sf I just know decent price sometimes means low build. Not sure how well that applies to rims but.

Also. Been trying to find to no avail what makes a wobble like sound JUST on accelerating and have no other symptoms at high (50+) speeds. As I've replaced everything but rack and pinion and rims it's my only guess

I'd probably start looking at CV joints/axles next.

Sorry I did the second of both of those just 3 days ago because my last guess to this was inner axel. So yes. Both of my cv are new as well. Tho I'm not sure about the quality of the new passenger side one. I still hear a faint clicking when in a sharp turn.

That's quite a shopping list you've been through. Seems like the whole front end is pretty much new except for the wheels themselves. Good luck finding the problem!

LOL thanks. Though when replacing all these parts i found they all needed replacing. Cracked bushings n all. Just hasn't quite fixed what I wanted.

Check all engine and transmission mounts and engine stays.

Thank you for the reply. Did this as well and had to end up having to replace passenger side mount. Which I thought was gonna do it but..

My car has warped brake rotors, I'm just lazy to chang it, and the car does vibrate and the steering wheel also wobbles at high speeds.

Read these articles about the myth of warped discs it's more likely adhered brake pad material that can be removed (either by the usual skimming or by DIY sanding or by using more abrasive highly metalised acing pads for a short time - they sort of act like sandpaper).

I've just read a those articles. Thank you for the reply tho all of those articles have one thing in common that I do not and that's vibration under braking. Mine is while or noticed most under accelerating
