trailing arm bushing or spring

I have sort of a problem. We have a 2007 mazda 3s touring that we bought new. We have a clunk in the right rear when we make a right turn going up our driveway and sometimes going slow over a pothole.

We took to three different places to find out what is wrong. Two of the places said it was the trailing arm bushing and the third place the closest mazda dealer said it was a broken spring. The car handles and drives good except for this clunk so I am thinking it is not the spring. But wondering why the dealer said was broke.

One of the places showed me what was going on and the spring looked fine to me and to them it did not look broken but the bushing did look like it was coming out.

Could the dealer be right and is seeing something the other two places are not seeing? To me I would think we would have more obvious symptoms if the spring was broke. Could the spring be broke and not be obvious to the eye? I have had broken springs before on older cars when I was younger and you knew they were broken.

I just want the car fixed properly because my daughter will be taking it over when my wife gets a new car so I obviously want it to drive and work safely. All the places said it was in good shape so i think the car will last a while longer because we have taken care of it and is in decent shape and never has been wrecked.

I'd take a good look at the rear swaybar and it's bushings and brackets. If possible, do it when the car's weighted and not up on jacks. Rhino ramps would work great.
