mazda 3 2007 2.0l. popping noise going over bumps

ive got a few problems.

#1 my tires on the front of the car see a lot of wear and tear on the inside. ive been told to rotate my tires every 5000 miles but the wear on the tires is still present. the rear tires are fine until i rotate them again to the front. maybe this is due to the toe adjustment? i heard that some fwd cars wheel adjustments cant be modified unless a weild is broken and then adjusted.

#2 whenever i go over bumps at any speed i hear a clunk or popping noise from the front right wheel area. i thought this may be from the cv shafts or boots or maybe even the struts. i tighten all lug nuts to spec. torque whenever i do maintnence.

any help would certainly be awesome

#1 - the alignment is wierd on these cars, I know the camber is an issue with a couple mazda models, not sure what they have as a problem or what the fix is. My tires wear just a little off, but it's not too bad to be a real problem for me.
Have you been to a shop to see if it needs an alignment?

#2 - this sounds like it could be the motor mount issue, though it should be fixed by the 2007 model, previous ones had issues with a broken motor mount (near the serpintine belt at the top of the engine). They are oil filled, so if there's wetness around there it's likely broken and causing the noise.

I notice a looseness when going over bumps, and I haven't figured out what it is, but nothing is obviously loose. Steering knuckles, ball joints, all that may be making some noise from the factory - which is what I think my problem is.
