Lighting/Illumination/Electrical Issues

I sincerely apologize if there is already a post regarding this, I did some searching but I couldn’t find a post addressing this issue.

Alittle background information, approximately 3 weeks ago a check engine light came on and I ran the code which came back as P0016. After doing a some digging on here ,thank you for the great information, I found out it was ether the cam sensor, crank sensor, or timing chain. I ordered a new cam sensor, replaced it, disconnected the battery, and then drove the car for 3 or so miles. The engine performance came back perfectly and the check engine light went away and never came back on.

Now to the issue I am having now which is low beam head lights, interior gauge cluster, and radio/climate control lighting. When I was researching the code I listed above it mentioned illumination might be effected and it was but now that I thought I had fixed the problem I am still having these issues. When my check engine light was on my low beams would periodically stop working and now both of them are off. I checked the bulbs one was burnt out but one is completely fine. When I turn the headlights on the gauge cluster does not dim, the mazdaspeed logo does not illuminate, the radio controls and climate control interface does not illuminate, the passenger airbag off light periodically goes on and off, the chime when you leave your headlights on after the car is shut off does not sound anymore, and the driver’s side lock all doors switch does not work however the passenger side one does.

My fog lights and high beams don’t seem to be effected by this in anyway which I find strange. I consulted the manual and checked the interior as well as engine bay fuses none of which seem burned out and replaced the ones marked illumination fuses just in case. I am really stomped by this issue and was wondering if anyone here had the same issue and or knows what might be causing this. Thanks in advance everyone and sorry if this is a double post!
