Houston AutoShow
 

Who all is planning on going to the Houston AutoShow? It's going to be from the Jan. 25th until Feb. 2 at Reliant Center. Tickets are $8 or $7 with a coupon (got some at Jeff Haas in the service area). I'll be there either the 25th or the 26th. I'm thinking it might be easier to see some of the cooler cars on Sunday with the game and all, but I'm not betting on it, so I will probably go Saturday morning. Might be a good time to have another Houston meet.

I go to every autoshow!! So im definitely down to go....meet anyone?

maybe we can meet up and go as a small group? I would be up for that....

I'm going to try and be there before it opens (10:00AM) on Saturday. I can probably make it out there a little earlier but I can't think of any good places nearby to meet. Anyone else have any idea?

if nothing else....and we don't have a place to meet before hand....

what can we do to recognize one another there? wish we had club shirts

Nuke, what time are you going to get there? Maybe PurePro5 could look for a couple of guys wearing a yellow hat and a black hat :).

And at the Mazda booth of course (goes without saying).

Okay...for starters lets all make sure we are talking about the SAME DAY OF THE MONTH.....I have heard both the 25th and the 26th in posts.....

Personally.....I just found out lastnight I can NOT make it on the 25th...my son has a boyscouting event that i will be attending with him....and I am sure he would love to go to the car show as well.....SO, that means I will be going on the 26th.....

As for a meeting time? someone said the gates open at 10.....there is no telling what the lines may end up being like....so I propose that we meet at 11 at the Mazda booth.....but we know the mazda booth will be fairly large.....quite a few models there.....THE CARS! NOT THE GIRLS.....lol so should be specify a specific car model to hang out at to narrow the area we are looking for each other at? PLUS I guess we need to know exactly who is going to be there on what day...so we don't wonder off and leave someone behind......

11:00 am on the 26th is cool with me. As for meeting place (which car) I don't care.
