I think most of those Proteges are sweet, but a lot of them don't actually have too many mods. I think they just stuck them in there cuz they are "name brands", like that Speed Freaks one. Just my thoughts...

I feel the same way too. I read an article on www.autoweek.com about the SEMA coverage, and most of the cars were all show and no go. I think West Wings was the only car that had some performance mods, though the rest of them were audio mods! And I do not care that much about the special paints and audio mods. I would love to have a good audio system, and a good paint. Though I do not think that SEMA's purpose is to introduce new paints and audio systems. I remember the SEMA as a trial show for manufacturers to introduce new models or modified models. But, what the hell, I can't do anything about it. IMO
