On Mazda MPV Club's web site (http://www.mpvclub.com) there is a new feature - Mazda dealer rating database. You can rate your sales/service experience at a dealership and leave your comments about it. If you want, you are welcome to come by and rate your dealer encounters, good or bad. I believe it could be a nice source of information about dealership quality and willingness to earn your business in the future.
