vj-20 help

i got my vj-20, manifold and downpipe but i need the torque specs for all the bolts
anyone know them

manifold torque: 39 - 47 Nm
turbo oil feed screw to the engine block : 12-18 Nm
downpipe to exhaust extention pipe : 31-46 Nm

i don have the torque spec for downpipe to turbo hotside
