Turbo/Supercharger for an Automatic MAZDA 3

Are there any additional modifications that are going to be required in order to put a turbo on an automatic? If not then I wouldn't mind picking one up after my deployment. I'm not the most mechanically inclined person, so any help would be great.

On a side note and just out of curiosity, what would be the best to put in with the least amount of honest repairs needing to be done. A Supercharger or Turbo? Just wanted to toss that up in the air and see what comes out of it.

I think your best bet would be to buy a clean used MS3 when you get home. Boosting an automatic Mazda is kinda asking for transmission troubles...they just weren't made for 250+hp. I mean for the money you'd have to pour into beefing up the tranny, you could sell the 3 and buy a 'speed3.

..and thanks for stepping up for our country, sloppy!
