Do you want a kit or are you gonna have one custom made??? How much $$$$ can you part with???

What year is your car? The 1.8l 1st gen engine is different from the 3rd gen 1.8l engine (that isn't even in the new pros), I think '01 was the last year for the 1.8l/2.0l on the different trim levels.

And I'm not sure if the 2nd gens even had a 1.8l, sorry guys :p

it doesnt matter how much. and what would be better a kit or custom made?? i want to be able to contole the boost so i can turn it down on highways

i don't know if there are any kits for the 1.8L but you can definately have one custom made at any perfomance shop that you trust. Try these sites....they all make turbo's for the protege but i don't know for which models/engines.
