tuning options with boost

So I am getting an 06 mazda3 hatchback 2.3L that I am planning on putting a turbo on and I was wondering what kind of tuning options I had. Any suggestions?

Cobb Accessport seems to be the most popular, but those are only for Mazdaspeeds. Why not just save a few more bucks and get a Mazdaspeed3? It's boosted from the factory, smog legal, most likely still under warranty, etc.
