Sohc Turbo Help!!!!!!
Hey whats up this is a question for anyone who can help or offer suggestion. First off i got a 94 SOHC proto. I want a turbo for it. The turbo itself isn't expensive or hard to find. The manifold however is Hell. I have been searching for the past month and i haven't found one yet. Ntercooler was easy to find, i cannot find a turbo manifold though. I dont want to do another swap, i had another sohc just put in because the old one blew. Let me know what angles i can take.

Well i think braden was looking into a turbo setup. But i have no idea if it ever got made. I don't see anyone wanting a Sohc turbo manifold so chances are it didn't get made u might be able to go to a cutom shop and have one made for around 450-500 im guessing ..Jon

i dont think braden ever did the sohc manifold. he needed a car to fabricate it off of. i dont think anyone was interested enough to do it though. just swap your head for the dohc and then buy bradens kit.

ughh.. doesn't anyone ever do any research. www.jgstools.com/turbo/ they have turbo manifolds that are log style for the b6e. (that's sohc for the mx3 idno if its the same for 1st gen sohc proteges)

Isn't the mx3 a 1.6 liter the protege is a 1.8. im not sure but i doubt it ..Jon
