NX too much too much fuel problem
 
Hey all, I am not that familiar with the wet kit yet, but I 've been runing dry kit for 2 years now. Perhaps someone outhere could comment on the problem of add too large fuel jet ? Is it going to bogg down? Is it dangerous skirt the fuel and cause bad mixture and therefore detonation? Just some points I would like to discuss.

I've installed 10-15 NX systems and run one myself (124.9hp shot on my Fiero 278hp 312lbft 12.92@109mph) . NX is the best performing most tunable system I've ever used. -I've installed NX, Nitrous Works, NOS, Zex, Venom-lame-, Edelbrock and Sniper-

a .040 N2O jet with a .022 fuel jet will get you about 46-52hp and 72-78lbft additional at the ground. on a Pro5. HP/TQ numbers depend on exhaust and bottle pressure. the larger your exhaust the better a nitrous system will work. Do not change the timing! but do run 93 octane fuel. there is no need to run any octane booster thats just a waste of time and $. the paper work that will come with the system will tell youto run a .035 jet for a 50hp shot.. thats hardly breaking 40hp at the ground..

jet sizes change dramaticaly with the set up and the car. I installed a NX in my friends rsx S we ran 35 gas and 18 fuel. The car put 60 wHP in the dyno. We then went with 41 gas/ 31 fuel and he blow all the plugs BAD. The car is running, very weak, like one cylinder is down. It may be just a blown knock sensor. Anyways...

dry, wet, it all depends on application. Does not matter if wet can let you go over 50 shot if the engine does not hold that pressure! And for that matter, I keep with dry system, and a bigger fuel pump to keep the volune at such high fuel pressure.
