Mazdaspeed Protege turbo question

I was looking under the hood of a 03 MS Protege and the first thing I noticed is that all the tubing is PLASTIC!!! What a POS!! Why didn't they use aluminum?

Because its cheaper to use plastic instead of aluminum.

Actually... so it passes crash tests... aluminum might puncture the firewall :cool: At least, that's what they say over on Msprotege.com...

If they did everything that you wanted there would be nothing left to do to make it original .
