KKK Turbos
Would the KKK K-26 Turbo be a good turbo for the BP?? I have a buddy of mine wanting to get a freshly rebuilt K-26 for 150$$, so thats why I ask. It also would be rather unique to have KKK turbo on a BP. Thanks!!

So I could be flexible in my choice of a turbo. But... I guess this was the wrong place to ask.... |
I sense hostility...

Originally posted by PseudoRealityX Well, nobody here really deals with KKK turbos, so MAYBE some actual info about it would help to determine if its a good one for your goals. Being that you also didnt mention your goals, I guess your question is still pretty damn useless... :darin: I didnt say I wanted to know what to expect from the turbo, I simply asked if anybody here had any knowledge on these turbos and how well they work with a BP "Would the KKK K-26 Turbo be a good turbo for the BP??". Its looks like it would be almost perfect for a BP, but I thought I would ask. SO... maybe you shouldn't post smart ass remarks in threads that dont have anything to do with you?? :nono: |
If its a K26 from teh Audi 5000 it is comparable to a 58 trim compressor and 38 trim turbine T3 turbo quick spool and pretty good power so it should mate up well with the BP I believe. I'm using a Blitz K26 which is a kkk k26 turbo but with different specs larger compressor wheel same turbine. So to answer your question yes i believe it would mate up well with a BP.
