BPT restrictive piping?
I just received my BPT yesterday:D
I was looking at how the intercooler piping will have to be routed. I noticed that the pipe leaving the turbo for the intercooler, seems very restrictive as it flattens and bends its way over the mount. Additionally the pipe opens towards the engine instead of towards the front? There must be a reason that it is designed that way. Did you folks replace this pipe in your installations? Yes, this is the aluminum sending pipe directly after the Turbo that carries the pressurized air to the intercoolers. It is strapped (flattened) to the motor. IIRC the GTX intercooler sits beside the radiator on the driver side (right hand drive) and the radiator is smaller to accomodate.
