nice kit!! did you have to modify anything.. or did it go right on?

macdaddyslomo October-9th-2002 03:39 PM

actually it looks pretty clean...without the big fender flares and scoops...i think it would look better with the mp3 wing though

JAC October-9th-2002 03:55 PM

very nice man, how hard was it to install the front bumper and what aditional parts did you have to get ?

tester October-9th-2002 04:51 PM

The only needed parts was the mp3 bumper bar. I got some PIAA lights for the front.
As for comments about the wing, I normally hate big wings, but looking at the car now, I think a mp3 style wing (no bigger!) would look more fitting. The factory wing seems a little tame now....

Body guy said it was a bitch prepping it and fitting it. My only complaint is the rear skirt is basically calked on (ok, ok, it has a fancy bodyshop material name, but its the same idea). Body guy wants me me to come back later and he will putty the skirt and blend it into the rear bumper.
Bug deflector had to come out, as the new setup is tighter to the hood (I think it's due to the mp3 grill being a bit lower).

The wings west bumper only needs the bumper bar and the lights, the one you're refering to is the mp3/p5 bumper that requires the bumper bar, the lights, the grill and the wheel wells.
