Will these fit?

I've been told the 99-00 and the 01-current have diffrent hoods and the headlights are diffrent. This guy is advertising that it fits in a 99-03. Do you know if they will (without modifications)?

those headlights are for 01 to 03. they will NOT fit a 99-00 protege.
